Thrift Store Manager – Calgary, AB

Location: This position is available as a permanent full-time staff position at the Calgary AB Thrift Store.
Time Commitment: Full-time (40 hours/week)

Your Role

As our vibrant Thrift Store Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of our daily operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. You’ll lead with passion and purpose, overseeing a dedicated team of staff and volunteers while promoting spiritual growth and unity. Your role will encompass all aspects of thrift retail, from fiscal management to marketing, all while fostering important partnerships.

What You Bring: 

  • Faith & Mission: Demonstrated leadership in the Christian faith and mission.
  • Experience: Proven track record with retail management experience.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with the thrift retail market, federal/provincial legislation, and MS Office Suite.
  • Skills: Proficient in Point-of-Sale software, adaptable in a fast-paced environment, and solution-oriented.
  • License: Valid driver’s license.
