A: When you make an online donation, you should receive an email confirmation message. If you do not receive an email confirmation, please call or email the office. Be sure to check your junk mail for the email confirmation as well. Official Charitable Tax Receipts will be mailed at year-end to the address you have provided.

A: If you would like to cancel a payment or are having any other difficulties making a transaction, please call or email the office and we will be happy to assist you.

Q: When do I get my receipt?
A: Donors will receive a charitable tax receipt for all the gifts they have made in a current calendar year, issued in January the following year.
