Pastor Linh* is part of a small minority tribe. Many looked down at him for his ethnicity, but God’s love pushed him forward. In the midst of a remote area up in the mountains, Linh dreamed of how his small village could one day reflect the Kingdom of God—with everyone helping those in need, serving one another as family.
But this proved difficult, especially since he knew no other Christian leaders to rely on. He knew so little about how to properly study the Bible and lead others using its principles. Help was desperately needed to impact his village with God’s love.
Linh was overwhelmed with emotion when he began studying with WSBC thanks to your partnership. He was especially moved by the way that God called the ill equipped to do mighty things in His name. Linh knew God could do the same things through him in his own ministry! He kept thinking of each and every person in his village, imagining the ways each of them would be changed by the Gospel and this radical way of loving and living.
When you support leaders like Linh serving in remote areas, the impact is immeasurable. Suddenly, all across his village people began caring for one another, following the example set by Jesus and his disciples! These largely unreached groups never would’ve gleaned the full richness of God’s Word and the Gospel without WSBC!
