Ireneo* struggled in his role as a youth pastor. He’s filled with a passion to see young men and women grow into their faith, and even into leadership! But discipling this age group is extremely challenging, especially without theological training. As Ireneo describes, “The teenagers aren’t exempt from all the struggles that come with this age. It’s a real challenge to guide these boys and girls who struggle to find who they are, and who they should be in the Lord.”

With WSBC, Ireneo’s approach towards ministering to young people has entirely changed. Using God’s Word as his guide, Ireneo shows meaningful love and care to all.
