“I worry so much about the future of my country. Youth are feeling hopeless about the state of our country and only dream about leaving. So many are fleeing, leaving churches without leadership. So few young people dream about becoming leaders in the church now— pastors leave and no one is there to take their place.
Because of your support in the persecuted church, we held a youth event centred around Christian leadership. God moved so mightily! We expected about 250 kids … but ended up with around 600! This was beyond any expectation we had.
We ministered to them by giving tools they can use as young leaders in their communities. We taught them how to bring community building and spiritual truths to their families and friends. This time was like an oasis in the desert for the youth who attended!
The youth were edified and blessed by every teaching, workshop, time of prayer, and ministry. Now they have hope for the future of our country! We know God spoke directly to many of them, bringing radical changes to their lives and new strength to follow His leading in their lives.

Today, kids ages 13–17 years old are contacting me and telling me that they’re planting their own churches! I’m amazed! I’m in communication with these kids’ pastors, helping them navigate this process so they can mentor and be involved on a local level.
There is still so much to do. The journey has only just begun. But we know the Lord is raising up a generation that will change our entire nation. It is in Him that we hope and trust.”
