Everything in his life felt so unstable and insecure. He never knew if he’d have food to eat, clean water to drink, or hope for the future. His afterlife was unknown too, even with his best efforts. Earning his salvation was discouraging and fear-filled. But he didn’t know of any other way.
You changed the course of his life forever when he received an invitation to a special children’s event at a local church in his village. He was amazed when he heard about salvation through Jesus! He’d never heard anything like it before. Not only was the message of salvation amazing, but so was the concept of God’s love. He couldn’t believe that in spite of all his mistakes and shortcomings that Jesus loved him just as he was. Naing said, “I couldn’t keep quiet when I understood this message! I invited God into my life and now I’m so filled with peace”.
