Imagine being abandoned as a five-year-old boy. There is no work and your parents were forced to leave to earn a living, leaving you with a distant relative who you don’t know well. You’re hungry, scared, and lonely. You really miss your parents. This was Zenji*’s reality.
Zenji’s mom and dad worked hard every day. They tried to find work that would earn them enough to provide for the family. But as the pandemic and war raged on, this was proving impossible. Zenji’s parents made the difficult decision to look even further afield so they could send funds. There are no easy answers in war.
Without his parents, Zenji was left waiting for the care each child needs and deserves. This is where you intervened and changed the course of his life forever!
You stepped in and gave Zenji a secure home where can go grow safely. His parents are so thankful that God is providing for their son through your precious partnership with Zenji! Many kids aren’t able to go to school in the midst of war and the pandemic. But everything Zenji needs, including education, is provided for within the Home by a caring Pastor. He’s grateful every day for this unique blessing!
